Welcome to Renewed Mind. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application and services. By accessing or using Renewed Mind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Renewed Mind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Renewed Mind.

2. Description of Service

Renewed Mind is a faith-based emotional resilience application that combines neuroscience-backed tools with Christian faith integration. Our service provides:

  • Daily emotional check-ins and mood tracking
  • Personalized exercises for emotional regulation
  • Faith-integrated content and Scripture-based support
  • Tools for stress management and nervous system regulation
  • Resources for building emotional resilience

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Renewed Mind. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our service. By using Renewed Mind, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

Beta users receive 30 days of free access to all features. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected pricing tier unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plan: $9 per month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $70 per year (equivalent to $5.83/month), billed annually

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file.

Payment

  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of their continuous subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our service
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Renewed Mind, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, exercises, and software, are owned by Renewed Mind and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content
  • Distribute, sell, or license our content to third parties
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our application

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Renewed Mind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renewed Mind, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Modifications to Service and Terms
